Bespoke Packages

Our university application packages are bespoke to meet the needs of each student. For many students applying to Ivy League universities, we begin preparations in grade 9 or 10 (or sooner), developing a complete profile and list of target universities. Depending upon the needs of the student, the package might include high school course selection, a review of activities, analysis of whether the student is likely to score better on the SAT or ACT and determination of when the SAT or ACT should be taken.

Other students come to us having identified the universities to which they’ll apply and want someone to guide them through producing their best essays and preparing for interviews.

For students applying to Oxbridge, we’ll discuss specific courses and colleges, support students in drafting their personal statement in the new format and arrange for mock interviews and feedback.

We support students in presenting the strongest version of themself through every part of the application process.

School

Presentations

From starting the university selection process to a final refinements on applications and everything in between, we are poised to share information with school groups. Size and format of school sessions are adapted to meet the needs of the school. We can serve on panel discussions, speak to large groups of students and parents or work with a small group of students.

Topics can be as broad or as narrow as desired. A mixed parent-student group might benefit from a session on how to create the initial list of universities while a large student group might be prompted to consider how social media can have either a positive or negative role in their applications. Smaller groups can benefit from workshops in which they brainstorm, draft or refine essays over the course of a day or more.

“What we become depends upon what we read after all the professors have finished with us. The greatest university of all is a collection of books.”

— Thomas Carlyle
